Malcolm Patey was born in Harberton at Westleigh Barton and has worked on the family farm all his life, rearing dairy herds and beef stock.

In 1995 Malcolm extended into pig farming and has successfully reared his pigs in a free range outdoor system where they are kept in large straw yards.

The pigs are slaughtered at Tom Lang's in Ashburton where they are hand-produced into
sausages and packed on their approved premises.
The sausages are made with natural skins
